Jon May Joins Lennar Virginia as Area Sales Manager for Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg
The Virginia Division of Lennar Announces That Jon May Has Joined Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg as the Area Sales Manager.
Williamsburg, VA, September 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Virginia Division of Lennar announced that Jon May joined the company as area sales manager for their active adult community, Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg. May will be responsible for leading, training and coaching the development’s current sales team and will serve as secretary on the Colonial Heritage Homeowners Association’s Board of Directors.
May joins Lennar following a 19-year career in the real estate industry. Most recently, May held the position of vice president of sales at East West Partners. During his nine year tenure, May recruited, trained and led a sales team to successfully sell over 700 units totaling more than $200 million.

May received his Bachelors degree from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. More recently, he obtained his Certified Site Professional (CSP) and Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) designations given by the National Association of Homebuilders.
May is a member of numerous professional associations including the National Association of Homebuilders, Virginia Association of Homebuilders, Homebuilders Association of the Virginia Peninsula, National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors and the Hampton Roads Realtor Association.
