CPX Interactive and Pixelpark’s Yellow Tomato Announce Strategic Partnership

Global online ad network and German-based performance agency team up to deliver full service online advertising solution to German market

New York, NY, September 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- In a move that continues the global online network’s ‘boots on the ground’ European growth strategy, CPX Interactive has partnered with German-based performance agency, Yellow Tomato to deliver new levels of scalability to a market hungry for its next evolution. CPX Interactive is also excited to have Yellow Tomato's Managing Partner, Harald R. Fortmann, serve as Managing Director for the initiative, which will function as a new German office for the ad network. Fortmann is certainly one of the most recognized Digital Market Leaders in Germany and serves as the Vice President of the German Association for Digital Economy (BVDW e.V.).

Fortmann, who built up the German business for 24/7 Real Media, later moved to head up Advertising.com's German operations and merged it with AOL's German business, prior to founding the Performance Agency Yellow Tomato, together with Pixelpark AG. With his background, CPX is confident that Fortmann remains in a unique position to understand what a global distribution platform can deliver to the German marketplace.

On what this new partnership can offer both Yellow Tomato and the German marketplace, Fortmann explains, "Within such a complex landscape, CPX Interactive has succeeded in providing a technology solution to simplify the fragmented world of online advertising. For its Milan and Madrid offices, the ad network opened its own doors in introducing itself to the market. In this new model, partnering with an established agency provides the company immediate credibility and access to a market that may be unfamiliar with the ad network model.
