2010 Educational Strategies Conference for Teacher and Parents

Holland, OH, September 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Saturday, September 11th Parent to Parent of North West Ohio and the Jenny’s wish Foundation will sponsor the 2010 Educational Strategies Conference for teacher or parents that work with children with dyslexia, ADHD, slow processing, memory problems or similar Learning Disabilities.

This event takes place at the Holland Free Methodist Church at 6605 Angola Rd. In Holland, Ohio.

The registration fee is nominal and certificates of participation will be available for teachers pursing affordable C.E.U.s.

Parent To Parent is an informational support group for parent and teachers that work with children affected by dyslexia, ADHD, slow processing, or other similar learning difficulties. Informational topics are provided throughout the school year September through May to introduce educational strategies for helping kids in the classroom. This program endeavors to make this information available free of charge unless other wise advertised as with the September Conference.

Jenny’s Wish Foundation has come together with Parent To Parent to partner services and support. Jenny's Wish Foundation offers financial assistance through scholarships for students with learning disabilities in the United States. To help children and families strengthen skills and overcome weakness that propels vulnerable children to achieve success as individuals and to instill leadership through volunteerism. Jenny’s Wish Foundation is committed to helping young people, like Jenny, who struggle every day with the anxieties that come with having special needs. Jenny’s dream is that no person should have to bear the weight of the shame, fear, anxiety, and loneliness associated with learning disabilities.
