Work N Holiday Launches New Website: working-holiday-visa.org

Website offers advice, working holiday packages to backpackers in Australia, New Zealand.

Sydney, Australia, September 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Young travellers planning a working holiday in Australia or New Zealand have a new source of information and practical support on www.working-holiday-visa.org. The website, recently started by working holiday service provider Work n Holiday, aims to help more gap year adventurers find jobs abroad on a Working Holiday Visa.

In addition to useful visa information and travel tips, the website offers four different working holiday packages, provided through Work n Holiday. Each of the four working holiday packages includes Work n Holiday membership, an informational welcome presentation, and a job orientation, which offers job searching advice, resume preparation assistance, and interviewing tips.

“We hope that with this new website we will be able to reach more potential participants and help them to find jobs in Australia or New Zealand,” said Sam Habbouche, managing director of Work n Holiday. “Membership in Work n Holiday saves participants a lot of time and worry as they get started searching for jobs and adjusting to a new culture.”

The benefits of Work n Holiday membership include access to direct service in all of the organisation’s offices, located in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Auckland, unlimited free internet usage at each of the offices, a 24-hour emergency hotline, and exclusive access to Work n Holiday’s job database. In 2009, 76 percent of Work n Holiday’s clients found their first job in the database, and this year alone, nearly 9,000 jobs have been listed.

“Our team has the tools and knowledge of the job markets in Australia and New Zealand to provide our clients with valuable job-searching assistance, which in the end leads to more successful and enjoyable working holidays,” said Habbouche. “Working-Holiday-Visa.org is the next step in our efforts to get the word out about these important services.”

In business since 1996, Work n Holiday has grown from a small employment service for international students into the largest working holiday service provider in Australia and New Zealand. The organisation has offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Auckland, with plans to expand to Melbourne in January 2011.
