Love Force International Opens Doors in Santa Clarita
Santa Clarita, CA, September 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Love Force International opened its doors in Santa Clarita today. Love Force International Publishing has commenced operations. The Santa Clarita based company is guided by its mission to boldly go where no company of the same name has gone before, to open doors to creative talent, and to publish books by new and established authors and make them available for the public to discover.
“We are in negotiations with various authors and plan to issue books in the New Age- Spiritual, Science Fiction and Children’s genres,” Said Mark Thomas, the publishing firm’s Chief Executive.
Thomas, who was involved in journalism and education also, has ties to the music business having worked as a Promotion Executive for an upstart record label, opening doors for new talent by promoting early releases on bands like No FX, Dr. Know, and Bad Religion. He was the Entertainment editor of the school newspaper (The Collegian) in College and published a magazine (Wild Times) in the early 80’s. He also authored a column syndicated in over 100 fanzines across the nation.
“I have always been involved with writers and other creative artists,” said Thomas, “and have always helped to nurture and promote creative talent. I plan to continue doing so at Love Force International and believe this ability to nurture and promote creative talent will lend itself well to the publishing business and help make Love Force International a success in the book publishing industry,” he continued.
The name Love Force comes from the force that creates all life. International comes from the company’s aspirations to market its products internationally. The name literally means giving life to creative works in book form, internationally.
