Ardanaiseig Hotel Voted Favourite by Conde Nast Traveller's Readers
Ardanaiseig in the Highlands has been voted the 3rd best Leisure Hotel in the UK by Condé Nast Traveller's readers, making it the favourite hotel in Scotland.
Argyll, United Kingdom, September 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The awards, which were announced yesterday, recognised the world’s best hotels, spas, airlines and tour operators. Readers were asked to mark each of their choices out of 100 according to various criteria, such as service and value for money. Ardanaiseig received an average score of 89 in the UK Leisure Hotel category, placing it just one point behind the UK leader (the Mandarin Oriental in Hyde Park), and making it the highest ranking Scottish hotel.
The international awards also recognised Edinburgh as the preferred UK city. Full details can be found at http://www.cntraveller.com/magazine/readers-travel-awards-2010.
According to Hotel Manager, Peter Webster, "Ardanaiseig is a beautiful baronial-style country house hotel that benefits from a breathtaking location and a small team of staff who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We have won awards some great awards this year, from Best Housekeeper to most Romantic Restaurant and a Chef’s Medaille D’Or, but the fact that Condé Nast Traveller’s international readership has recognised us is particularly exciting."
An overnight stay with full Scottish breakfast starts from £66 per person. Further information is available at www.ardanaiseig.com.
