HCR Short Listed in Three Award Categories at the 2010 Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards

Basingstoke, United Kingdom, September 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- With only 2 months left before the Forum for Expatriate Management EMMA Awards, a shortlist of 95 potential winners has finally been whittled down from over 240 nominations.

The Awards celebrate excellence and innovation in global mobility programs as well as to recognise the performance of service providers in supporting the ambitions of corporate programs.

HCR received 3 nominations, and has subsequently been shortlisted in all 3 award categories: -

Relocation Management Company of the Year - From 30 of the worlds best relocation companies, HCR has been short listed down to the final 7 for this prestigious award.

Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility - The HCR Online Career Resource tool has been short listed for the award, from 26 nominees to the final 7 within the category. The HCR Online Career Resource Centre is an innovative tailored career support service, drawing on the powers of the internet helping partners/spouses secure the most suitable employment to meet their skills and aspirations, continue their careers, and improve feelings of social acceptance and self-worth.

Corporate Housing Company of the Year - HCR is one of the final 6 potential winners, from a total of 13 nominations.

The EMMA awards also celebrate and recognise individuals who have been outstanding within the industry. Natascha Clark, HCR’s Business Development Manager has also been short listed from 23 nominees to a shortlist of 10 for the award for the Global Mobility Professional of the Year award.

Over the next 2 months, all 95 nominees will be subject to rigorous and independent scrutiny from a panel of judges consisting of over 20 leading experts from the world of Global Mobility. The identity of the winners will be kept a closely guarded secret until the Gala Awards Ceremony and Dinner on November 15th at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
