Forty Two hairstylists, from 23 states, experienced 12 days of intensive hands on training ranging from Facilitation skills, Redken Principles, Redken Haircare, Styling & Haircolor Brands, Business Skills, Finishing and Design. The trainings were facilitated by key Redken Artists and the Redken Director’s of Training.

The Redken Artist network is a group of salon stylist who support a common goal to gain commitment from salons and grow through Redken Education - focusing on business, design and color, training, personal development and wealth building. The 35 new Redken Artist inductees are recognized for their individual talent, enthusiasm, and growth potential along with their success as a stylist behind the chair in their own salon business.

These 35 stylist were selected to be part of the Redken Artist Induction after a rigorous interview process stretching six months. The pre-screening phase included audition packets, videos, multiple interviews and technical & business skill assessments by the Redken Directors of Training. They join a team of 450+ Redken Artists in the United States.
