Spectrum Commercial Lending, Inc. Closes Over $20M in Owner-User Commercial Real Estate Projects for the Month of August 2010

Irvine, CA, September 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Spectrum Commercial Lending, Inc. a leader in small business commercial real estate financing helped their clients close on over $20M in commercial real estate projects for the month of August 2010. The majority of the commercial loans were used to help their clients purchase locations in order to further establish as well as help their businesses grow. Spectrum utilized the SBA 504 loan program for a majority of these transactions. “We are strong supporters of the SBA 504 program; we believe that the benefits of the program are immeasurable,” states Dean Haidl, Senior Vice President. Mr. Haidl closed an $8.8M purchase transaction in the City of Industry helping his client purchase a 124,000 sq. ft. industrial building that will give the business the additional room it needs to grow. Chuck Tipton, SVP also closed a large purchase transaction for over $5.2M in the Inland Empire. His client had the opportunity to purchase the 52,000 sq. ft. building that they were leasing, thus securing their place of business for years to come. “We at Spectrum definitely see an increase in purchase transactions, rates are down and building prices per square foot are low,” states Mr. Tipton.
