Rochester, NY, September 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Karen Deyle, Restaurant Critic for the Democrat & Chronicle and Columnist for many area food magazines will release a second printing of her popular book, Rochester EATS: 75 Years of Classic Faves & Craves.
The original printing sold thousands of copies in the Upstate New York Area. The full color 8”x10”, 175 page book was printed by Eastman Kodak’s Digital Group and highlights dozens of classic Rochester eateries, from the likes of: The Manhattan Restaurant, Laube’s Old Spain, The Changing Scene (and so many others), to pop culture dives such as Nick Tahou’s. The book also includes: bakeries, ice cream stands, Rochester products such as Zweigles Hots, ethnic eateries and restaurants within the distance of “Sunday Drives.”
Rochester Eats features local classic treasured secret recipes such as: The Depot’s famous Blue Cheese Dressing and The Dickens’ classic Lobster Bisque. Readers will also enjoy the colorful digital photos, nostalgic stories and reproductions of original menus and other memorabilia.
The books’ foreword was written by former Rochester Native, turned nationally acclaimed Master Chef, Rick Tramonto. Photos are by John C. Buck, International Traveling Photographer for Eastman Kodak. Big Kids Productions’, Patti Dobrovitz-Ronsvalle is the book’s Publisher and Marketing Director.
