Samuel P. Fleischer, BS, RRT has been in the hospital management field for 25 years. Most recently he served 10 years as the director of Respiratory Care Services at a major Northeast University Medial School/Teaching Hospital. During this position he has had the opportunity to serve on many hospital committees and assisted with many patient care initiatives throughout the hospital environment.
