Announcement of Attorney Shannon W. Bates to Klemchuk Kubasta LLP

Shannon assists clients in a variety of industries to identify, develop, protect, enforce, and manage their intellectual property portfolios. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright applications. Shannon also has substantial experience representing parties in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in domain name proceedings.
