The West End State Fair Classic Celebration Hosted by Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine R. Caraway

Dallas, TX, September 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- “The West End State Fair Classic Celebration Hosted by Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway” will take place on Friday, September 24, 2010, starting with a free concert on the street featuring Dallas’ premier R&B party band Inner City All-Stars with a local talent line up opening the concert at 6:00 pm, Inner City All-Stars take the stage at 7:15 pm and the stars of the show, the award winning Prairie View STORM Marching Band march down Market Street at 9:00 pm for a special performance. Following the “STORM,” the Inner City All-Stars keep everyone dancing in the streets until 11:00 pm while alumni, fraternity, sorority and professional organization parties take place at the restaurants and bars of the West End. The Free concert is being produced by EnterAction Events.
