Siegel-Gallagher Brings Major Tenant to The Blatz Boiler House

Milwaukee, WI, September 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Siegel-Gallagher recently completed a lease for 20,879 square feet at the Blatz Boiler House, 252 E. Highland Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis. Representing the property were Siegel-Gallagher brokers John Dulmes and Daniel Walsh. Marianne Burish-also of Siegel-Gallagher-worked on behalf of the tenant, the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center.

The 10-year-lease will commence in October of 2010, with the Center occupying all four floors of the Boiler House. This is an exciting transaction for both landlord and tenant because of the strong business relationship already formed between the owners of the Boiler House and the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center leadership.
