Nissan Diesel America Introduces Northeastern Training Center

Irving, TX, January 06, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Nissan Diesel America’s (NDA) Service Operations Department has entered into an agreement with the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) to furnish training facilities for the company’s UD Trucks technician training and certification courses. The CCBC campus is conveniently located in Baltimore, Maryland at 800 South Rolling Road, approximately 7 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Airport.

The college offers students a comprehensive Automotive Technology Program with the opportunity to obtain an Associate of Applied Science Degree which is nationally accredited by ASE/NATEF (master). Larry Schultz, NDA’s Vice President-Service Operations said “We’re really proud to be able to inaugurate our 2007 Service Training classes at this modern, leading-edge facility. Nissan Diesel America has a twenty-year tradition of providing the highest quality training available for service department personnel, and offering training at this new facility simply furthers that tradition.”

In addition to hosting NDA’s service training requirements, CCBC’s commitment to the automotive industry also includes offering the GM-ASEP, Ford ASSET, and Toyota T-TEN training programs.
