Record Sales for Newcombe/Drysdale New Braunfels Real Estate Development

New Braunfels, TX, September 25, 2010 --(PR.com)-- August 2010 saw John Newcombe Estate & Country Club in New Braunfels Texas, post a record month in sales of their Texas hill country land for a value of almost $1 Million. These sales have the development closing out the month with over 70% of Phase 1 sold. While some properties were sold predevelopment, most have been sold since the roads were paved this past Jan.
