Light Ideas Gallery to Feature Mixed Media Exhibits for Gallery Night & Day
Light Ideas Gallery will be featuring photography and decorative ceramic tiles for the upcoming Gallery Night and Day art event on January 19th and 20th, 2007 in Milwaukee, WI.
Milwaukee, WI, January 08, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Images by Milwaukee area professional photographers Mark R. Bertieri, David Bernacchi, and Erik Bradley, along with decorative ceramic tiles from Jayne Laste, will be on display at Light Ideas Gallery for the 20th Annual Gallery Night and Day quarterly art event.
Mark R. Bertieri, lead photographer for Creative Photo Designs and Lighthousestock.com will be showing images from his Lighthouse Collection. He will also be signing his new lighthouse book, Shining Sentinels, consisting of various images from his recent travels. David Bernacchi, photographer for Milwaukeestock.com and Inside Wisconsin Sports, will be featuring sports related images. Erik Bradley, new to the CPD team will feature architectural and structural subjects that blend with natural settings. He focuses on how variations in light serve to illuminate the texture of these structures. The photographers will also offer tips and comments on the latest in digital photography.
Jayne Laste, a mixed media artist, will also have her work on display. “I create unique ceramic tiles as wall hangings for display purposes. My tiles incorporate vintage clock faces, old letters, and various types of metals and glass,” says Jayne of Jayne Laste Tiles.
Key Milwaukee Magazine (www.keymilwaukee.com) will be on hand to promote their monthly visitors guide. Key Milwaukee Magazine is the Traveler’s Guide to Milwaukee, an authoritative source of visitor information. The monthly magazine features events, services, hotels, shopping, dining, and various attractions in and around the Milwaukee area.

Gallery Night and Day is sponsored by the Historic Third Ward and East Town Associations. Held on a quarterly basis, the two-day premier art event in Milwaukee boasts more than 45 venues throughout the downtown area. The event is designed for both the experienced artist and beginning admirer.
