TRS, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Sparkle Wash of Denver, LLC.

Denver, CO, September 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Bill Platts, President and Chief Executive Officer of TRS, Inc., one of the largest cooling tower company’s in the Denver/metro region, today announced the acquisition of Sparkle Wash of Denver, LLC. The acquisition significantly increases the size of TRS, Inc.’s pressure washing operations, which puts the company in a much stronger position to serve its customers. Mr. Platts stated that the acquisition of Sparkle Wash of Denver would expand the services offered by TRS, Inc. to its commercial clients and that TRS, Inc. could finance the expansion of Sparkle Wash of Denver into new areas of service. Sparkle Wash of Denver is a franchisee of Sparkle Wash International the oldest and largest mobile power washing, restoration and preservation franchise in the world. Along with the acquisition Mr. Platts also announced the promotion of Mr. Nick Williams to Senior Vice President, Mr. Mark Crary to Vice-President Operations and Ms. Amber Bullock to Office Manager.
