Ninth Annual Wine & Music Festival Nov. 13 at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino

Dover, DE, October 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Ninth Annual Wine & Music Festival will take place at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 3 to 10 p.m. in the Rollins Center ballroom. This year’s event will highlight the ‘80s with entertainment by tribute performances of pop icons like Madonna, Prince, Cyndi Lauper, Michael Jackson and others.

Guests are encouraged to dress in theme with big hair, Spandex, lace, neon and whatever else harkens back to the zany ‘80s. There will be a cash prize for best costume.

Wines from around the world will be offered for tasting, judging and purchasing. Numerous food stations will be set up around the ballroom for guests to partake and enjoy. Guests may sign up for informative and fun cooking demonstrations, wine seminars and lessons on wine making during the festival, to be held in nearby breakout rooms.

A $25 general admission ticket includes a commemorative wine glass, wine and food samples, participation in all festivities and a wine and gift marketplace. Tickets may be purchased in advance at doverdowns.com through Nov. 11. Walk ups are welcome to purchase tickets at Will Call on the day of the event.

A $40 VIP ticket also includes exclusive, reserved seating and a four-course VIP dining experience. VIP tickets require seating reservations and are available by calling VIP Services at 800-711-5882.
