Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, October 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Sun Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC is pleased to announce that its client, Protectors Security Services, Inc., has been acquired by UAS, Inc. Sun Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC initiated this transaction, acted as exclusive financial advisor, and negotiated the transaction on behalf of Protectors Security Services, Inc.

Upon closing, James Bergamotto, CEO of Protectors Security stated: “Stephen from Sun Mergers & Acquisitions helped me through every step of this time consuming and emotional process. Most potential buyers just wanted to pay common industry multiples based upon a percentage of revenue with minimal cash at closing. Through Sun’s efforts, we achieved a purchase price well in excess of the industry standard, and just as importantly, I received mostly cash at closing and a short term note. Without Sun’s dedicated effort throughout the process, this transaction would not have closed.”

Protectors was a family owned business established by Mr. Bergamotto’s father over 40 years ago. It provides Security Guard Services for a variety of industries and properties throughout Northern and Central NJ.

Protectors is the fourth acquisition for UAS in the past year and provides UAS with a platform from which to build upon in the Northern New Jersey Region.
