Sun Mergers & Acquisition - Trugman Nash, Inc. Acquired by Allied Dairy Products, Inc.

Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, October 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Sun Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC is pleased to announce that its client Trugman Nash, Inc. a New York Corporation, has been acquired by Allied Dairy Products, Inc., owner of MCT Dairies. The transaction and closing were contingent upon meeting certain conditions and receiving various consents which have been obtained. Allied and MCT Dairies will place the assets and license quotas of Trugman Nash, Inc., into a newly created company, Trugman Nash, LLC.

Sun Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC initiated this transaction, acted as exclusive financial advisor, and negotiated the transaction for Trugman Nash, Inc.

Upon closing, President of Trugman Nash, Inc., Tom May stated: “This transaction represents the successful completion of an exit strategy that we have been working on for some time. Trugman was a family owned cheese importer established more than 60 years ago as an exporter of varied food products and later shifted its operations to the cheese business.

Allied Dairy Products, Inc. is a New Jersey based Corporation specializing in food importing and distribution. The Trugman-Nash acquisition will enhance Allied Dairy Products’ domestic distribution of U.S. dairy products and ingredients as well as its distribution of imported dairy products.
