MarKim Farms Breeds a New World Class Oldenburg Filly “Flower Power”
Carleton, MI, October 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- MarKim Farms continues its tradition of breeding only top line champion Oldenburg sporthorses with the birth of its new foal, Flower Power, with direct bloodlines to the world famous stallion Weltmeyer. Flower Power is a refined, modern and feminine black filly. She was presented to the Oldenburg NA at 4 months old and received top awards. She achieved Premium Status and was named Overall Site Champion Foal. She received the highest overall score of 8.4, with an 8.5 for movement. This score will rank her in the top 5% in the Nation for all 2010 Oldenburg NA Foals presented that year. MarKim Farms is currently offering her for sale.

Her dam, When Worlds Unite, is a Premium Oldenburg NA mare with impeccable bloodlines. She was sired by the legendary Weltmeyer and has proved herself as an incredible broodmare by consistently producing high quality Premium foals. She passes on her wonderful type and excellent movement.
Her sire, Freestyle (Floresan I) is a beautiful 17hh stallion with an athletic body, very well applied hindquarters and a super character. He was sired by the highly popular Florestan I. At the 100 day Performance test at Prussendorf, he was awarded a perfect 10 for character and a 9 for temperament. In dressage, he proved to rank amongst the best of his year and received a 9.33 for ridebility. His total score was 132.55 points and he was the overall winner of his performance test.

She was sired by the legendary Rubinstein I out of the States Premium (SPS) Mare Glaeddis (FuriosoII). Fire Power was sold at 3 months old and will be moving to California.
