The Arizona, USA based company announced that it has reached an agreement with Veronique, a resident of Escazu, Costa Rica, to become Regional Lean 29 Trainer for the entire country of Costa Rica. Veronique will promote the Lean 29 philosophy in the country and help the company certify local personal trainers.
Yuvi Shmul, the founder of Lean 29, and a frequent visitor to Costa Rica states that “the Lean 29 program is a perfect fit for the active life style residents of Costa Rica.” The program allows its participants to achieve great weight management results and healthy life style, with only two to three 29 minutes workouts a week.
