Breitling Oil and Gas Announces Spud of Breitling-Denman Prospect

Irving, TX, October 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Breitling Oil and Gas Corporation, an independent producer based in Irving, Texas, announced today that it has spud the first well of its Breitling-Denman prospect in Victoria County, Texas.

The proposed well is located within closures mapped at the Frio, Catahoula and Miocene sand above an estimated total vertical depth of 4,300 feet.

Management anticipates the well will reach total depth in about four days. Well completion and testing will begin in early October 2010. Extensive reservoir parameter testing will be conducted on this well and results should be available to management within 2 weeks.

Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner stated, "We are extremely pleased to begin the drilling operations on our first well on our leasehold in Victoria County.
