Rogo Used by Culligan Water Bottling Plant as Part of Homeland Security Plan
Wilmington, NC, October 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Culligan Water of Goldsboro North Carolina has implemented a 6 camera Rogo video monitoring system in its plant in Goldsboro, NC as part of its homeland security plan.
Chuck Futrelle, the owner of Culligan’s Goldsboro site comments, “I chose the Rogo system based on price and performance. The ability to use a regular PC as the recording device, and to use IP cameras without having to integrate them into my existing network were strong drivers. Since we are bottling water for the public I wanted the to integrate video monitoring into our Homeland Security plan. I have been surprised at how much it has helped me manage the facility day-to-day. I wish I had installed it long ago.”
Cyrus Chipman, CTO and inventor of the Rogo commented, “It was actually 9/11 that inspired me to develop the easy and inexpensive video monitoring system that has become Rogo. It is satisfying to see it being used in homeland security applications.”
