Gascoignes Seals Letting on Final Retail Property at Trinity Gate, Guildford, Surrey, UK
Acting on behalf of the landlord Gascoignes, the Guildford based chartered surveyors, has let the final retail property at Trinity Gate in central Guildford, Surrey, UK to Bourne Estate Agents which is expanding its network of offices.
Guildford, United Kingdom, October 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Bourne Estate Agents opened its first office in Farnham, Surrey last year and, on the back of its success in the town, recently identified 5a Trinity Gate as the location for its new Guildford branch.
The property, which totals 915 sq ft (85 sq m), has been taken on a new 10-year lease at an annual rent of £37,500. The letting of the retail property marks a completion to the Trinity Gate development, which is managed by Gascoignes.
