Mobile Pressure Washers to Feature New Remote Wet Steam Design
Daimer® offered a peak at two high end, mobile pressure washers incorporating the company's new Distributed Pressure Technology for applications that need wet steam power plus a remotely situated base units.
Woburn, MA, October 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries®, an established source of remote steam cleaning technology, announced details for a line of advanced, mobile wet steam pressure washers. The industrial grade equipment features a proprietary technology called Distributed Pressure Technology, or DPT, which allows companies to situate a propane burning heating unit in one location and clean with wet steam in another. Remote location allows for the use of wet steam in environments that do not allow propane burning equipment.

Two Mobile Pressure Washers, Same DPT Architecture
DPT lets cleaning pros situate a fuel-burning base high-temperature unit in a combustion-friendly room and run pipe from the heated unit to cleaning stations as far as 295 feet away. This technology allows users to apply wet steam as hot as 330ºF to sensitive applications, such as beverage and food manufacturing.
Wet steam is typically used for steam cleaning equipment, machinery, floors, conveyor belts and more. The technology was architected to offer consistent pressure far from a base unit -- something pressure washers without DPT can not do.
Daimer® is expecting to integrate its DPT architecture into the Super Max™ 12200 and12300 power washers. Both machines include direct spark ignitions, the ability to convert cold to hot water in less than 35 seconds. The 12200 offers pressure levels approaching 2000 psi, while the 12300 can approach 3000 psi.
