Anderson Thermal Devices Inc. Introduces a new “Radiant Round” heater that provides intense, precisely controlled heat that completely surrounds the product for efficient and uniform heat transfer. Clear or opaque quartz tubes are used in the center and electric resistance heating elements are used on the periphery, allowing for maximum efficiency and high rates of heat transfer. The heater elements are durable, able to withstand the 24 hour per day production of most products that can use this type of heater.
· Energy Conservation and Safety: Space age insulation keeps the outside skin temperature at 90° F while the internal temperature is at 1300° F, minimizing heat loss to the room, conserving energy and increasing employee safety.
