Janet Padalino, the Team Leader said “September has been another great month, transaction wise for our Team. We have actually closed the gap of our year to year transaction goal by over thirty days. We expected things to cool down a bit in September given the negative economic news, slumping homes sales nationwide and the starting of the new school year, but we are delighted to have continued to experience a strong demand from both buyers and sellers. It’s not just re-sales that are moving the market.
