Keller Williams Center City, Philadelphia Announces Move to High-Tech Rittenhouse Sq, Building

Keller Williams Center City, Philadelphia announces they will be leasing 10,200 square feet on the top two floors of a legendary building on the 1600 Block of Walnut Street.

Philadelphia, PA, October 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Keller Williams Realty Inc., the fastest-growing residential real estate firm in North America, according to Realtor Magazine, announced today that they will be moving their Society Hill office to the newly renovated building at 1619 Walnut Street off Rittenhouse Square.

Keller Williams will be leasing 10,200 square feet on the top two floors of this legendary building which was formerly home to CBS Studios and to iconic broadcasters Mike Douglas and Ernie Kovacs for decades. It is where some of the nation’s most beloved and controversial figures, such as John Lennon, Richard Nixon and Martin Luther King Jr. shared their message with the nation.

The entire building has been renovated, including a dramatic façade with a spire designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Bohlin Cywinski Jackson. The Keller Williams offices will rival the most high-tech offices on the East Coast in both function and design. There will be private, semi-private and open office spaces offering wireless internet and unobstructed neighborhood and skyline views. Additionally, there are several private meeting rooms, as well as a landscaped 25 foot balcony overlooking Walnut Street. Agents will also enjoy a variety of daily classes in the 70 seat training and media room.

Keller Williams Realty keeps its agents performing at the highest level by offering them the most comprehensive educational resource in the real estate industry — Keller Williams University. The company’s level of training, added to its other corporate benefits such as the Agent Leadership Council, Profit Sharing, Productivity Coaching, and Agent Ownership has changed the dynamics of the real estate brokerage.

“Gary Keller believes there are two kinds of agents, leaders and followers,” said Keller Williams Agent and Partner Antonio Atacan. “Keller Williams is designed to attract and create leaders. It is a dream come true for an entrepreneurial Realtor.”

The completely renovated offices are scheduled to open in late December 2010. They will be home to Keller Williams Residential, Keller Williams Luxury Homes and KW Commercial.
