Financier Stanislav Velinov to Advise USD 170 Million Debt Refinancing

Singapore, Singapore, October 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- In September 2010, financier Stanislav Velinov through his Opus Supremus Group (Opus) has been awarded an Exclusive Mandate to act as an Advisor in connection with a USD 170 Million Corporate Debt Refinancing.

The Client is a prominent Southeast Asia based Industrial Corporation, and a regional market leader in their line of business. The scope of Opus’ engagement includes advising and developing optimal debt structure to partially or fully replace Client’s existing financiers and also provide additional capital for trade financing.

Within the last phase of the engagement, Opus will also lead the initiative to launching an IPO of the client in regional markets.

Opus Supremus is a private group of companies headed by Stanislav Velinov.
