ecycle to Provide Data Destruction Services for Copiers and Printers

Alpharetta, GA, October 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- ecycle announced today that is will be providing data destruction services for the hard drives inside copiers and printers to Milner Document Products. Milner has selected ecycle to destroy hard drives removed from off-lease and returned machines from Milner clients.

Many printers and copiers today use hard drives to store documents prior to printing, and this data may be accessible when the machine is scrapped. Brad Mencher, co-owner and vice president of ecycle, explained that “Businesses are just now realizing the risks associated with hard drives in copiers and printers. By destroying hard drives on copiers and printers for Milner, we protect their clients from the risk of a data breach.”
