Telligent Announces New Chief Marketing Officer
Seasoned marketing executive Wendy Gibson selected to lead social platform provider.

- Telligent, a leader in social enterprise community and collaboration software, is pleased to announce the appointment of chief marketing officer Wendy Gibson, who brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, business development and strategy.
- Gibson will be responsible for the overall global strategy and execution of Telligent’s strategic marketing program including product management, partnership development, marketing communications, branding, demand generation and strategic positioning.
- Most recently, Gibson served as vice president of business development at Oracle’s Insurance Global Business Unit. Previously at Oracle, she was vice president of product marketing. From 2001 to 2008, Gibson was chief marketing officer and chief operating officer at Skywire Software, where she led marketing and operations through eleven acquisitions. This tremendous growth eventually led Oracle to purchase Skywire Software in 2008. Gibson was also vice president of marketing at Handango and held various sales and marketing positions at American Airlines and Sabre Holdings.
