Connecticut Real Estate Investors Assn. (CT REIA) Announces October 2010 Meeting with Paul Esajian of “Flip This House”
On Monday, October 18, 2010 the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association will be hosting its monthly meeting with Paul Esajian. Attendees will learn how to find, fix, and flip properties in Connecticut.
West Hartford, CT, October 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Paul Esajian, is announcing the CT REIA October 2010 monthly real estate investors meeting. This event will take place on Monday, October 18, from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT. This event is free for CT REIA members, and $30 for non-members.
At this event, attendees will learn: how to evaluate a house in disrepair and figure a total repair cost in 15 minutes; how to interview and pre-screen contractors so you never get burned; how to limit your liability when working with contractors; how to control your rehab costs, so you never go over budget; where to find best deals on construction materials; how to rehab homes so they sell before you finish hammering the last nail; how to organize and manage a project so you don't have to be on the jobsite 24 hours a day; and much more. Attendees of this monthly meeting will also learn how to find the best places to invest in Fairfield and New Haven County. Laura Treonze, a realtor with Keller Williams Realty and real estate investor with over 10 years of experience, will discuss her strategies for finding pockets of opportunity and offer no or low cost strategies to help investors find opportunities in the Connecticut real estate market. In addition, the early bird workshop will discuss how mindset can affect income. Local real estate entrepreneurs will discuss whether thinking about being successful will really cause you to be successful.
Paul Esajian, the star of A&E's "Flip This House”, CFO of CT Homes LLC, and co-founder of FortuneBuilders Inc, is one of the nation's premier real estate investors and speakers. Paul along with his partners Than Merrill and Konrad Sopielnikow, got his start as a member of the CTREIA 7 years ago.
