Sunday Night Test Kitchen at the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast in Jefferson, Texas Has Resumed

Jefferson, TX, October 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- After a short pause, the Sunday Night Test Kitchen at the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast in Jefferson, Texas has resumed.

Before any recipe can ever be served to the guests at the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast, it must be tested and tasted. The Carriage House Bed and Breakfast is looking for participants for the Sunday Night Test Kitchen. The chefs at the Carriage House B &B will be preparing a new recipe each week and are looking for people to help test and try these new recipes. All participants in the Sunday Night Test Kitchen will help determine if the new recipes are worth saving or if the recipe needs to be tweaked in some way. The Carriage Houe Bed and Breakfast staff will ask for feedback on plating, style of food, taste and texture.

Some of the recipes that are on the docket for testing are Eggs Benedict Pizza and Sausage Crepes. The cost for participating in the Sunday Night Test Kitchen is $15 per person.
