WintheUltimateProm.com Launches First Weekly Contest
Students will compete to win a Shutterfly Prom Photo Package.
Scottsdale, AZ, October 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- WintheUltimateProm.com, the national high school contest website, is thrilled to announce the first weekly contest of its annual Win the Ultimate Prom contest. The winner of the weekly contest will take home a Shutterfly Prom Photo Package.
Starting today, Win the Ultimate Prom contest participants can record a video showcasing how they’re promoting the contest. Participants then upload their video to YouTube and email their video’s embedded code along with their name, high school and grade to: promqueen@wintheultimateprom.com. Each video will be entered in a drawing. The winning video will be randomly selected and the winner will be announced on Monday, October 18. Contestants have until Midnight on Friday, October 15 to submit their videos.
The first weekly contest is one of four taking place throughout the Win the Ultimate Prom contest, which will award one high school $25,000 for prom or any school event. Other contest prizes include a Southwest gift card and extra votes towards the $25k grand prize.
Last year’s weekly contest one winner was Austin Yoshida from Nogales High School in La Puente, California. Austin took home a trip from GradCity for his video showcasing him promoting the contest around town, at school and around his neighborhood.
