Microsoft Selects InnovaSafe to Provide Software Escrow Services for Their Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) Program
Microsoft has selected InnovaSafe, Inc., the world’s third-largest software escrow firm to provide escrow services to help independent software vendors gain accreditation in Microsoft’s “Certified for Microsoft Dynamics” (CfMD®) program. Effective November 1, 2010, partners have to meet the escrow obligation to achieve CfMD certification. The escrow process protects ISVs intellectual property while strengthening companies’ confidence that their licensed software will perform as promised.
