Ego Salon & Studio Open House & Fundraiser Event
Ego salon & Studio is hosting an open house and fundraising event for Glamour Gone Good located in Chattanooga, TN.
Chattanooga, TN, October 14, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Ego Salon & Studio in Chattanooga, TN, will be hosting an open house and fundraiser called “Empower Women,” the event will be held on November 7, 2010 from 2-4pm.
The goal is to inspire change in the Chattanooga community, to give local business owners an opportunity to network and have a hand in facilitating change. Often very small businesses do not have a way to contribute on a larger scale so this would be a chance for them to make a positive impact.
This event will build a sense of community among small business people in Chattanooga. The most basic way to initiate change is to start doing something about the problems you see around you. Everyone involved in the planning of Empower Women is working out of a sense of personal responsibility rather than because their employer wants them to. In fact, several of our participants are small business owners in the Chattanooga area.
The event will have vendors for shopping from a few small businesses local to Chattanooga, as well as mini services by donation will be offered. Event proceeds will benefit Glamour Gone Good. Glamour Gone Good is a way for beauty professionals to have a way to give back directly to the community on a larger scale.
