Ministry Software, MaxPro, Adds Application Feature

Branson, MO, October 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- MaxPro continues to satisfy the needs of ministries by expanding their features list. Recently added to the current features were group and individual applications.

The application feature was built so clients could receive and store information about kids or groups for a specific purpose. While their similar survey feature is designed more for getting feedback on an idea, applications are used to gather information for things like camp registrations. Also tied to this application feature is the ability to make payments. Clients can link the payment option in MaxPro directly to their account. This can be used, for example, if a client wants camp registrants to pay their fees online, while linking the payment to their application.

This feature has allowed MaxPro to expand its client-base. Applications are useful to both church and parachurch ministries, especially camps. Churches could use this feature to build volunteer and leader applications for different service roles in their ministry, such as nursery or youth volunteers. Camps could use this feature to store applications and receive payments online. MaxPro has even structured this feature with the capability to register as a group—for example, registering an entire youth group for a camp—or just as an individual.

As always, MaxPro has held to their design principle of building systems that are practical and efficient, instead of including every bell and whistle to complicate things, and the application feature is no different.
