The Volitains Release New Single 'Lovely Bones'/'Joy' on 15th November, via the Playground Records

London, United Kingdom, October 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Robert Harder (David Byrne, Babyshambles, Soho Dolls) produced the new record with the aim of maintaining the aggression of their live shows whilst still demonstrating the bands ability to write catchy tracks.

With ‘Lovely Bones’/’Joy’ the band have shifted slightly from the combination of raw riffs and demonic vocals from the critically-acclaimed debut single ‘Underground’ into a more hard, hypnotic, psychedelic-blues rock sound that has already caused rave reviews and comparisons to such bands as The Dead Weather.
