Blowfish Shoes, the Malibu-based shoe retailer, is graciously donating $10 for each pair of shoes sold in October to benefit the Foundation and their ongoing Breast Cancer health education programs and philanthropic efforts toward young women diagnosed with breast cancer.

The Blowfish Shoes website, www.blowfishshoes.com, has started running a pink banner and informational page to promote the charitable effort. The details of the page state, “It’s important to remember that breast cancer can happen to young women too and because of this we believe education is an important step to survival.” In addition to the online sales campagin, Blowfish Shoes will be joining the Beautiful Day Foundation at their education event on the UC San Diego campus. Together they will bring vital health information in an entertainment and fashion-oriented way.
