KEN Films Announces Release of Prem Antaheen

Bangalore, India, October 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- KenFilms Pvt Ltd, a new age media company in association with IndiaTales Media Pvt Ltd announces the release of “Prem Antaheen” – A Bangla Pop Album. This Contemporary romantic pop album has 8 beautiful tracks sung by singing sensation Mayukh Mazumder. Two out of the 8 tracks are club mix versions. The album has beautiful lyrics written by Mayukh Mazumder and the music has been jointly composed by Mayukh Mazumder and Stephen Joseph. The composers had laid great emphasis on presenting to the Bangla Music lovers a contemporary Bangla pop album, with utmost care given to retain the essence of traditional Bengali Music.

The album opens with a mesmerizing track “Khola Janala” – a beautiful romantic number on love at first sight. The second track “Kono Love Song” which depicts hope in love is another peppy number. The third track “Tomar Thikana” a mix composition of traditional Bangla music with a westernized feel is a song about a person in search for a soul mate who gets lost somewhere. The next track is a foot tapping Hip Hop number based on “Krishna Radha”, the true symbol of love. The following track “16 ANA Bengaliyana” is a song on the Bengali Commmunity outside Bengal who can feel for or relate to Kolkatta, although they are out of Bengal. This already popular track has been included in the album purely based on public demand. The final track “Pour it off” is a scintillating number, a phrase which is normally associated with people of Cox Town in Bangalore who says poororoff for pouring drinks. It is also about a lover who wants to forget the past over a drink. The remaining two tracks are club mix version by DJ Roy.

Mayukh Mazumder:
The Singer & Composer had His training in Hindustani Classical Music from Pt. Mukund Ghosh (Kolkata) at an early age of 10 years. He shifted to Bangalore 8 years ago & with likeminded & musically inclined Friends started a Live Music community, MAYA ~The Musical. It was dedicated to enthral audiences with Popular classic & new Hindi & Kannada Film Numbers. Mayukh later learned classical music from Pt. Nagaraj Hawaldar in Bangalore. Over the last 3 years, MAYUKH has given over 500 Live Concerts for various Organizations & Corporate Companies across India. Had recently given playback, for the critically acclaimed Animation movie – Geng:The Adventure Begins.
