Zedena Designs' Handcrafted Beauties – Pendants for a Beautiful Day

San Diego, CA, October 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Beautiful Day Foundation (BDF), the organization raising awareness about breast cancer, synonymous for youth education and outreach at college and high school campuses will benefit from Zedena Designs October sales. Zedena Designs, the San Diego-based jewelry designer, is graciously donating 10% of all sales in October to benefit the Foundation and their ongoing Breast Cancer health education programs and philanthropic efforts toward young women diagnosed with breast cancer.

The Zedena Designs website, www.zedenadesigns.com, has posted a blog entry to promote the charitable effort. In addition to the online sales program, Zedena Designs will have a booth at Ray at Night in San Diego, on October 9th. Zedena Designs will have show specials running and new products making their debut! 10% of sales during the Ray at Night event will also be donated to BDF. Moreover, Melissa Williams Netherton, owner and designer of Zedena Designs will create a custom handcrafted pedant to include the Beautiful Day Foundation ribbon.

Daynabelle Santos, Director of Education for the Beautiful Day Foundation, has said, “We are excited to be affiliated with Zedena Designs and benefit from their generosity. The funds raised will help fund our ongoing efforts at campus events and expand our programs.” Daynabelle, a registered nurse who lost her sister, Daylani, to breast cancer, has devoted her life to sharing her knowledge of breast cancer and the importance of living healthy and living beautiful.
