Shelly Morton has been promoted to team leader / account supervisor of interactive. Morton oversees hfa’s interactive project managers to ensure consistency in process, and she engages in strategic collaboration with clients and internal teams. Morton also ensures digital/interactive objectives are met by strategic tactics. Her strong motivation to drive project insights from inception to completion guides Morton in her new position as team leader.
Morton has a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in psychology from Cumberland College. She resides in Canton with her family.
Lauren Reed has been promoted to account planner. In her new role, Reed works on a variety of accounts. Reed applies her broad experience in anthropology, qualitative research and B2B interviewing to develop and steward brand strategies. She has appeared as a guest speaker on topics ranging from social media to new product development and market research trends.
Reed holds a bachelor’s degree in French with a minor in anthropology from Smith College. Reed resides in Cleveland.
Kelly Wanstrath has been promoted to research manager. Wanstrath’s responsibilities include providing research methodology and analysis to fill informational gaps and drive campaign strategies.

Wanstrath has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and statistics from Miami University. She resides in Macedonia.
