New Reality Dating Blog Seeks 'Sex and the City' - Type London Writer

Selected woman will join three others across the globe in a dating adventure.

London, United Kingdom, October 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Reality dating blog 3six5dates.com is scouring the streets of London to find the missing link for a new social experiment. The brand-new concept website follows four single, professional, and attractive females, in four different big cities across the world, as they tackle 365 dates between them in an attempt to answer ‘is finding true love just a numbers game?’

Already on board are women from New York City, Sydney, Shanghai, and now the search is on for Ms. London.

For each date, the women will write a diary blog post that will re-live the events of the date and will review it with their truthful thoughts and feelings. The experiment will explore and answer different social issues such as what women really want, if online dating works, are proactive women desperate, and if more dates equal a better chance at finding love. A blog post will be released everyday, totaling 365 posts in a span of a year.

"Single women have been branded so many things in the past - most commonly an old maid or spinster, but the women of 3six5dates make this point moot," said Shelli Trung, founder of 3six5dates.com. "Each one is attractive, driven, and successful in their own right. They are all working professionals in their mid-20s to early 30s and happen to be single and looking for love."

To qualify, the candidate must be single, female, and 28 to 35 years old. The woman must primarily live, work, and date in London for the duration of the project, and is already a working professional but looking to freelance in addition to her full-time work. Ms. London does not need to be a professional writer, but should be someone who can write well with her own style and personality, and is not afraid to share her opinion.

Although the position is voluntary, it is ideally suited for someone who is looking for additional publicity for her professional work, such as an actor, writer, or a business executive.

Ms. London must be willing to attend at least 92 dates, which will be completed within three to nine months. The dates may be one-on-one or it could be in a group in sets of couples. Dates can be secured in anyway, but must be set up herself. Ms. London cannot formally advertise 3six5dates to solicit dates, as this will disrupt the ‘natural cycle’ of dating, but can reveal that she is blogging about the date at her discretion.

For each date, Ms. London will write a 300-500 diary post/review. Hours are flexible, but the London writer must attend one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with the editor and must meet deadlines.

"We want to hear their journey to finding love - the trials, the discoveries, the comedy, the drama, the learnings, the mistakes that all come with finding 'Mr Right' ... if he is out there," Trung said.

“Each writer varies in personality, social upbringing, dating history, and ultimately their values. This makes for an interesting and diverse take on the dating game - a social experiment mixed in with a lot of laughs."

About the application process
Qualified candidates should send an application letter explaining why this is the perfect opportunity for them, a CV confirming that you live in London, and a photo that is less than one year old to recruitment@3six5dates.com, marked “Att: London writer.”
