Antel Suite Collection Appoints New Department Heads

Makati City, Philippines, October 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Antel Suite Collection has recently appointed Mr. Paolo Sumera as Front of House Manager and Ms. Bernadette Roxas as Director of Human Capital.

Paolo, who joined Antel Suite Collection in September 2010, previously served as Hotel Celeste’s Executive Assistant Manager. He was responsible for setting up the policies and procedures including the service standards of Hotel Celeste from its pre-opening phase in 2008 and was also responsible in implementing customer service satisfaction programs that enticed returning guests. Paolo was also part of the academe having taught in De La Salle University-College of St. Benilde. He grew from the ranks and started his career in Intercontinental Makati.

Prior to joining Antel Suite Collection, Bernadette was Director of Human Resources of Hotel Celeste where she was responsible in developing the employees’ succession planning program. Bernadette has been exposed to several brands, both local and international such as Shangri-la and Thunderbird.
