Chicago, IL, October 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Gleischman, has over 20 years of consulting management and application design and development experience working for Fortune 100 clients worldwide. Prior to joining Magenic, Jay was the founder and managing partner of 4Gen Consulting and a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jay has extensive architectural and deployment experience with Microsoft technologies and major software packages including SAP and Oracle. He has led major development and business initiatives in Automotive, Healthcare, Financial Services and Insurance, Consumer Products and Manufacturing and built and led major consulting units for 4Gen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jay is a former US Army Infantry officer and holds a BA in History and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He resides in Evanston, Illinois with his family.
