Life Skills Coaching is Now Available for Free on ManagersPitStop.com
ManagersPitStop.com is now giving away life coaching skills on its website which used to charge a sign-up fee. This psychology based coaching programme, together with a management training course called ‘How do I manage?’ has been utilised by professionals and aspiring professionals of all kinds to enhance their lives. All this and more is now available for free in a number of web based tutorials with helpful templates and practical, easy to follow exercises.
London, United Kingdom, October 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- ManagersPitStop.com is the brain child of Neil Annis an experienced Manager, Presenter, Coach, Facilitator and Consultant, who has been in the management development and training field for twenty years. Neil's vision for ManagersPitStop.com is to develop an inclusive rather than exclusive business built on free training. He intends to work with a growing number of subject experts to provide the training and support people want, whenever they want it.
Initially, sign-up to the website cost £200 per person and it was widely accessed by managers, leaders, consultants, trainers, coaches and advisers from around the world. The training covers potentially life changing issues such as self esteem, the self talk cycle and performance barriers. But Neil believes this training is so beneficial he wants it to be available to everyone.
He says, “I was getting enquires from across the UK as well as from countries as diverse as India, France, Nigeria, Slovenia and Somalia. For most people in Western countries £200 is cost effective but for small business in countries like India and the Philippines it is virtually prohibitive. The last straw was Wonda. She was desperate to have this training but living in Zimbabwe, with the huge inflation issues, it wasn’t going to be possible. Therefore I decided that giving ManagersPitStop.com away to people no matter who they are or where they are based would be the right thing to do. Especially now everyone faces the austerity measures which are being enforced due to the global recession.”
Neil has partnered with an organisation called Inspiring Business Performance (IBP), experts in the prestigious Investors in People quality standard for business, who have provided support in making it possible to bring his vision to life and provide this service to the masses. However, as IBP’s core focus is to support business across London and South East England Neil intends to seek additional partners around the rest of the UK and indeed around the world.
Users of ManagersPitStop.com have described the free training as ‘excellent’, ‘outstanding’ and ‘brilliant’.
