Mai-BS (Thailand) Signed 350 Rooms Hotel at Phuket, Thailand
Mai-BS (Thailand) signed an agreement with Yangrangsi Company Limited based in Phuket, Thailand for the development of a new 350 Room and Villa Resort at south Patong Beach.
Bangkok, Thailand, October 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The hotel, which has yet to be named and scheduled to open year-end 2012 will consist of 100 Pool Villas and 250 rooms.
The resort will be managed by an international reputed management company. An official announcement regarding the selected management company will be made end 2010.
The resort development will be on approx. 100 Rai (160,000 square meters) of prime land covered with beautiful mature tropical hardwood trees, and most of the hotel rooms will overlook Patong Beach and Town.
Other facilities of the resort will include three (3) themed concept restaurants, a freshwater lake covering approx. 7 Rai (11,200 square meters) and a medium sized meeting room. The Spa will be 14-16 treatment rooms build between huge natural rocks and trees. A natural waterfall will flow right through the centre of the Spa facilities.
The owners are committed to introduce the first true 5-star resort at Patong Beach offering a peaceful and tranquil environment with easy access to Patong Beach’s major attractions.
