Arizona's Arrowhead Grill Offers Mouthwatering Thanksgiving Dinner

Glendale, AZ, October 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Valley chef Charles Wade Schwerd wants you to spend Thanksgiving with him at Arrowhead Grill this year and he’s crafted a special menu to help make the decision even easier.
Traditional holiday items like sweet potato pie, butternut squash soup and mouthwatering turkey will highlight the Glendale restaurant’s Prix Fixe menu, served from 1 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 25. Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, creamed corn, sautéed green beans and scalloped cheese potatoes are just some of the sides available.
In addition to the traditional holiday fare, several of Schwerd’s personal entrée selections will be made available for the day, including prime rib, Atlantic Salmon, Alaskan Halibut and Arrowhead Grill’s signature 1894 Delmonico steak, a 10-ounce sirloin steak that draws its inspiration from the original recipe served by Chef Charles Ranhofer at the famed Delmonico Hotel in lower Manhattan.
“Thanksgiving is about giving thanks with family and friends while enjoying a delicious spread of food,” Schwerd said. “I can’t think of a better place than Arrowhead Grill to mark the occasion.”
Reservations are required and the cost is $49.99 per person.
